  • 1-2 concept floor plans

  • Set of design drawings - floor plan, 2-3 key elevations, 2 perspectives, ceiling plan

  • Up to 2 sets of revisions

 

Add Ons/Related Packages at a rate of $165 per hour:

  • Material Selection (e.g. vanity, cabinetry, tile)

  • Plumbing Fixture Selection (shower and bath fixtures, faucet, etc…)

  • Lighting Selection

  • Furniture Selection

  • Art and Accessories Selection
